Our team leader is not a micro-manager, cares about work life balance and supporting the team. Company has excellent purpose, strategy, values and ethics which are reinforced. It is growing and most team leads care about keeping their people talent.

Some team leads need training around EQ and leading through encouragement rather than 'blame' or micro-management
