Well known brand. Investment Banking experience.
Cons
Incompetent and rude management (and nothing being done about them), staff being hired and fired at will, sweating of staff as a resource (under staffed), arrogant environment where back stabbing is accepted, clock watching, spending less than 14 hours a day at the office is frowned upon. Management believes money can fix everything - treat employees unfairly and make promises of large bonuses then it is OK. Days of large bonuses are gone but abuse of employees will remain a reality at this institution.
