      Pros

      Great team, great work. I get to work on a lot of the lucrative deals with market leaders on the other side. Lots of opportunity to receive training and attention serminars by relevant industry bodies and tier 1 large law firms

      Cons

      Team is not adequately staffed, resulting in long hours and risk of not being able to get to everything that needs to be properly attended to.

      Cons

      Long hours , very awful experience, so much frustration due to the infrastructure being held together by manual processes (duct tape). Handover of processes done badly so generally won't know what's going on. High attrition rate, Due to a compensation system that incentivizes senior management to cost cut and claim a bonus at the expense of sustaining the business or any actual innovation. Bad for your mental health and morale.
