      Pros

      Lots of overtime and freedom to work at your own pace. Pay check is always on time . You have Bee n worned !

      Cons

      Company is very unorganized which makes all tasks extra difficult. Supervisor s are so job scared they will not help employees with anything . scared to touch anything and get involved. To many immigrants that are totally racist and pretty much run the place. Training is a joke Get trained by an immigrant that will not teach you anything cause there to scared of you taking there job ! Place has no heat or AC I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy !

      Pros

      As long as I was working on projects I was able to put in as many hours needed with unlimited overtime. Leadership listens to ideas all throughout the company. Great leadership specially working in GH facility. Sergio will support your growth as a professional, giving you the opportunities to learn and grow. There are so many opportunities for growth at Abrasive, specially in GH with all the new improvement being made in the facility. If you demonstrate interest and ask questions outside of your area you will be able to grow within the company. FSA loan and great dental insurance.

      The company needs to invest in the maintenance department more. Health insurance could be better.
