Terrible Experience - Research Associate Abpro Employee Review

They are trying so hard on their company culture which they don’t have any. Low pay! They pay as low as what CRO companies pay. High turnover rate. Most of the RAs left within a year. They are not trying to keep their RAs at all. HR basically doesn’t know anything. No management at all!!!! Horrible!!! RAs do not need to attend any kinds of meetings. As a RA, you don’t know anything about the updates of company.
