      Good people Good Thoughts friendly environment

      Cons

      CEO promises so many thing but fulfil nothing they lost many key player of the company and didn't even tried to retain them no proper planning of project, just take every project without having proper skilled candidate never know when they will fire the people they fire the people without proper reason

      Pros

      The CEO is a person of vision and has excellent passion to build platforms that can make transformation to the society . If you are passionate about building solutions then your ideas will be welcomed.

      Cons

      Middle management need to be advised. Should be able to translate the focus of upper management to deliverables Not great in following standard procedures and development approaches
