Pros

This company will probably be investigated for fraud and tax evasion at some point. The owners are extremely bizarre people and the husband has a personal twitter account which shows graphic imagery of women being mutilated. He also is an egomaniac and holds many extreme beliefs.

Cons

This place is a circus. Regardless of how tempting the PTO policy or other perks might seem- there is something seriously amiss at this company.

This is an extreme, illegitimate, personal attack that fails to provide any relevant or factual information about the workplace. At the time of it's writing, there were no former employees of less than one year. The review was flagged to Glassdoor as inappropriate and in violation of the Community Guidelines.

Pros

All staff is fully remote. The org chart is fairly level and upper management stands behind the firm's employees when clients make demands outside of the agreed scope. The company culture is grounded in doing whatever it takes to provide an excellent service but is also sincerely concerned about employees' well-being. Staff are encouraged to express themselves (whether that's through music, humor, or venting) and actively manage burn-out by sharing tasks with coworkers when needed. Finally, the company provides unlimited PTO that you can actually use. I've never been denied a request and was able to count on the team to cover for me while I was out of office.

Cons

If you're a younger professional who would like more day-to-day feedback, the remote workplace may make that more difficult. If you struggle to motivate yourself to get things done, the remote workplace could make that difficult as well. If you dislike traveling, the firm has projects throughout the US, so Commissioning Engineers are required to travel about 15% of the time (on average); the LEED consulting team travels very rarely, typically only as needed to attend conferences or events.
