The company is up to some nefarious stuff. The owner consistently writes fake glassdoor reviews here. They have a fake SWAM designation to help them win government contracts ( they lie about being female run/minority owned). This is not a safe place to work as person of color or if you’re a female. The owner requires you to participate in social activities and tries to invade your privacy. They promote a flexible work schedule but it’s not worth it. Even with a masters or second degree, the salary Vince will offer will be insultingly low. They openly scam clients and encourage the team to do the same by giving boiler plate and templetized deliverables to the clients. Overall it’s a shady company run by clueless people.
