Pros
Great company to join if you're more concerned with learning about glass, curtain wall, door hardware...etc. Some very wonderful people work at this company including the owner and director of project management.
Cons
Look elsewhere if you are looking for a well paying job. Also, some people who work at this company are very toxic. Warning to future employees: Stay clear from an employee at this company named Matt Sammer. He has a reputation in the company as being mean-spirited, very opinionated, overly critical and disrespectful. I never met one person at Above All that liked this man. Sammer talks negatively about everyone in the company, including his higher ups. Also, Matt does not treat clients with respect and is quick to insult others. If you are hired at this company I would advise to check you would not be working closely with Matt. He is quick to judge others and never has a good thing to say about anyone. He will never say these things to his co workers faces however, because deep down he is spineless which explains why he is where he is currently in life,
