I've had more than 2,000 direct reports in my career. I've never experienced a culture with so many diverse, intelligent and talented people all pulling in the same direction! I've been with Abound since the very beginning and to see how far the leadership team has gotten us in such a short period of time is amazing. Communication lines are completely open. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hitch yourself to a winner.
Cons
It's fast-paced, the KPI's are stout, and we're growing and hiring at an incredible rate - the same thing as every rocket-ship startup. Not for folks shy about working hard or taking on big challenges.
