Pros

Flexible schedule, and management is nice.

Cons

The amount of cases has changed since the merger. No show rate is higher than when I started.

While there has been a modification in maximum hours for part-time members as part of our integration with Optum, we firmly believe that the overall compensation package has improved due to the expansion of various benefit options. Thanks for leaving a review! We agree that flexibility is a great part of working at AbleTo. Please note that our full-time Therapists are currently completing an average of 26 participant sessions per week, which is the established productivity target, and are meeting or exceeding our expectations for quality metrics.
