      Decent benefits with option to move locations if current one is not a good fit.

      Each contract sets the pay scale and they do not always stick to agreed upon job responsibilities. They tend to grow.

      Pros

      Very responsive management. My concerns get replies quickly and resolved efficiently.

      Cons

      I was "hired" by a Property Management Company through Able Services so sometimes communications are not at the best. There is no career. Seems you just in the same position forever. The performance is based on no complaints from the customer.
