Pros
The team is very nice and approachable as well as very lenient/patient in regards to your outputs (project-based). You will only be given a penalty if you go beyond the given deadline.
Cons
Not ideal if you don't prefer a WFH set-up. Instructions are vague and you'll be working on your own for the most part. Salary is decent but still relatively underpaid.
