      Pros

      You get paid overtime, not a lot. Working for big 4 you never get paid additionally during busy season

      Cons

      Main partner thinks he owns you, he belittles and makes fun of you. There’s no culture and turnover is higher than a big 4. There is no support or guidance. One of the old partners left the company and sued AbitOs for a reason.

      Had a good experience working with the Managing Director of the firm. He does care about his employees and will challenge you to grow professionally.

      The firm is going through a lot of changes as it relates to its growth.

      Mental health declined when working here. No appreciation for the blood sweat and tears. You will not grow here if you start at the bottom.
