The management consists of one person, the owner, who is constantly pointing out negative aspects. No appreciation for any work done. The company has their own rules which they want everyone to follow. No opportunity for growth. A roadside shop will have better work environment. Don't expect to get paid for whatever you do, which is not in your job responsibilities. Company keeps losing employees, but the management doesn't get the hint why.
