      - supportive team culture - get to spend time with participants and feeling rewarded for the work you do - opportunity for growth and development - large organisation

      Cons

      There is nothing particular I can think of, however, the company is on the outlook of expanding within the NSW and creating more growth and opportunities for employees.

      Pay rate is good but you can get the same pay anywhere!

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst company ive ever worked for. The senior management team are completely out of touch with reality. They mask behind "not for profit" but it is all smoke and mirrors. There only really concern is staff hitting the KPI. Beware, you will regret working here.
