Clients are fun to work with most of the time. Some autonomy. Office work.
Cons
Requires job to be complete each day if it takes 16 hours. Low benefits, job unsecured, no raise for 5 to 8 years. Takes personal time away from family life. Job depends on State and Federal funding. Must work under stressful situations for long term. Little support from upper management.
