Worst Place in the Friggin' World - Anonymous employee Ability Commerce Employee Review

I worked with Ability Commerce for a year and half . My experience was superb working there I was the first Indian employee when they were expanding there team in India. I have gone wonderful training sessions and KTs from Debbie and Jennifer and I learnt so much during that time that i haven't in my whole lifetime experience. I completed 7-8 projects all with mostly not actual experience of leading a product. The peers were helpful, processes were smooth and company environment was disciplined. I understood the capabilities in me thru them and how we learn the best on job while working and understand the reason of not just the what behind the requirement change but why and what value it will going to deliver. How we get daily with pain points , trace requirements and find KPIs and work thru them as a team. As at the leading end there is a huge pressure. Work life balance was good

The only con was less meeting in person . Sometimes it use to feel like we are just working like robots from our houses and don't know anyone. As the company lacks in some fun activities or HR gathering sessions of onshore and offshore employees otherwise it was awesome.

1) Work remotely twice a week as a given. 2) Well structured use of Scrum within JIRA Software. 3) Relaxed and productive environment. 4) Nice friends from all levels.

1) Sometimes it appears that the pressure from clients will drive the work to a risk because quantity of features really matters.
