Pros

Good benefits package, not much else.

Cons

For a School that calls themselves Abilities First, they sure do not live up to that name. Administration pushes a curriculum of useless "kiddified" material that would barely be appropriate for pre-schoolers to adolescent and transition-age students who should really be learning applied daily living skills, As well other skills that would be helpful for them once they go into a day program. They seem to be totally unfamiliar with things like ABA and have no clue as to what important "abilities" should actually be focused on past a certain age. The administrative team is unsupportive at best and outright hostile to its staff at worst. Do not work here.
