Pros
- Exposure to great brands and skills training due to demands of the work - Quezon city location, quite accessible - Good company to start with, especially for fresh graduates, but not good company to grow old in
Cons
- Highly Political - Higher pay and positions given to Chinese - Salary is very low compared to industry standard, especially if you are not Chinese - Give 18 months bond for promotion training which are basically company processes they should've oriented you with when you began work - they also give bond for company trips (even Bataan) and worse, it's not even from their pocket, it's a vendor sponsored trip - these vendor sponsored trips are supposed to be incentive for the buyer/product mercghandiser who worked to meet the goal for her brand, but this is usually given to company favorite employees or Chinese bosses - They usually don't approve OT pay even when workload is overwhelming - they keep hiring managers and not enough RnF/Sups to do the actual works, they will load all the legwork with one supervisor or Rank & file, while the managers all just sit and create reports coming from the lower ranks
