Great people, good work environment

Not really any significant cons

good staff, lots of exposure to tech and unique customer environments. Lots to learn if you can handle the pace and get beyond the other issues. pays well, remote work, good benefits.

All the bad things you read about working at an MSP are here. Lots of expectations and very little feeling that any one at the top cares about what you're doing. Every day you feel like you're going through the motions, doing your best for basically nothing but a paycheque. management is completely disconnected from what it takes to succeed in this type of work and only want to do the bare minimum to keep the money coming in. Still a good stepping stone for experience.
