This used to be a decent place to work, it has completely fallen apart.
Cons
I’m concerned about staff’s ability to provide true insight. It seems this place is following the national trend where constructive criticism is considered spiteful bullying behavior. Discussing inequalities is considered complaining or toxic behavior. You are forced to accept the mismanagement or else you will find yourself laid off or demoted. This toxic management/ownership has caused a mass exodus of even the highest level employees. The majority of the long term employees including the CTO have left in the last year. The mischaracterization of hard working employees who voice concerns and the complete inept HR at this location have ripped this place apart.
