Pros

- Slightly higher pay compared to other similar type companies - Free pantry (coffee/vending machine/bread+spread) - Cheap canteen food - Friendly colleagues

Cons

- No bedding in period. Expectation from supervisor of quickly learning the ropes and immediately contributing in operations within a short period of time, simply unreasonable - Plenty of SOPs to learn and clear, which can be manageable if given proper guidance instead of having learn by ownself - Immediate rotating 12hr shifts (AM, next shift PM, next shift AM) is super tough on the body - Lacking headcount, hence higher workload, hence high headcount turnover. A probable cyclic problem not addressed at all - Never good when supervisor still needs work matter replies on off days - Shift pattern will put off a lot of people looking for a proper work-life balanced job
