Pros

As a contractor you get decent pay.

Cons

You get treated like a number. The training is short and not fullfilled. They tell you to ask the leads if you have problems but they are too busy to help then send you to other people and when its wrong they reprimand you and place it on your review and use it as a tool to get rid of you when they deem fit.there is no holiday pay or leave time for contractors. As tempory employment it supplys decent pay otherwise find a better place to work. They very rarely hire permanant unless you are related to abbott employee..
