Pros

Pay was fair, and pension was a nice offering (but hard to get)

Cons

Toxic work culture of managing by fear, starting from the top CEO to middle management who degrades, insults and curses at their employees. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, especially with lack of diversity. Very little colleague camaraderie since it everyone was for themselves due to top down toxic management approach. Leadership is untrustworthy, and can't stomach bad news (like it takes time to develop new products in a regulated space). Do you want another consent decree from the FDA? Was the innovator of past, but have been resting on their laurels for past decades. Most innovators had left, and all that is left is supporting out of date technology. Worst professional experience of my working career and wish could take back the time

Leadership quality varies significantly across departments, with some areas experiencing challenges related to communication and transparency * Expectations and role priorities can shift without sufficient communication or alignment, making it difficult for employees to understand how success is measured * Employees may not always receive consistent coaching, support, or constructive feedback needed for professional growth. * Some teams may experience a culture that feels fear-based rather than collaborative (Market Access) * Concerns raised by employees may not always be addressed through direct, productive dialogue. * In certain groups, the work environment can feel exclusionary or politically driven, limiting opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
