Pros

Great company with a strong mission to help patients live healthier lives. The products have truly touched many people’s lives. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many great colleagues who genuinely care about their work and the company’s mission.

Cons

Despite having many dedicated and passionate employees, there are cases where hiring or promotions seem to happen without clear reasons. Some employees appear busy but contribute little value, sometimes even creating unnecessary processes that slow down simple workflows. It’s disappointing to see the company’s resources spent on roles that don’t meaningfully support its important mission.
