I’ve been with Abbeycomp for over 20 years, which in itself speaks volumes. This is more than just a workplace, it truly feels like a family. The support, teamwork, and sense of belonging here is amazing. They have always been willing to invest in me and my growth, providing opportunities to learn and develop throughout my career. Everyone works together toward shared goals, and the culture is one of encouragement and collaboration.

The only real challenge is that it can be difficult to find new team members who are willing to put in the same effort and dedication it takes to thrive in this environment. But for those who do, this is an incredibly rewarding place to build a long-term career.

Working with this team has been one of the best professional experiences I've had. They’re hardworking, generous with their knowledge, and truly invested in helping others grow—I learned so much from them, and I’m deeply grateful.

I had to step away from the full-time role due to the distance from where I lived, but I’ve stayed in touch with the team and continue to take on remote projects from time to time.
