Where do I begin . Promised the world Springs to mind ! Taken up to Liverpool for training and received barely any a few people willing to help but to busy on the whole. After four weeks of nothing dropped in at the deep end back in the depot I was based to be met by a fleet that is falling apart on the whole and drivers that did not want to work. a few excellent drivers but not many. Whilst at abbey was threatened Face to face and with a gun to my colleague was told by another driver on the phone that he would come in and deal with me if I swapped his tank on him and so much more that I don’t have the time to write down. As for the CEO and upper management all I can say is wow ! Never have I met a more disconnected upper management. If you are going in as a planner steer clear the pay is not worth the aggravation you receive . if your a lazy driver go there as the drivers openly admit it’s a lazy mans job in front of there TM’s by the way. I thought I could take all the crap for the money but it just ain’t worth it !
