      -you get free tickets to London attractions/musicals/theatre etc - colleagues are nice

      Cons

      - too many managers who want to delegate and in the end the low earner doing the most of the work - bad structure, too many mistakes in the system - office building itself super old and too small for so many people - location is great - little or no bonus at all - monotone work

      Great colleagues Leadership that listens You work hard but your contribution counts and there is good variety in the day

      Depending on role, you can have peaks in workload but if you want your contribution to matter, that can be rewarding
