Love the option to remote work, because it allows me to be part of this great company. But I happen to really like my colleagues, and seeing them more often would make it even better!

The Mission Matters: I love that the work I do actually impacts patient care. We’re building advanced Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and playing with AI—it’s not just another "SaaS" product; it actually helps doctors do their jobs better. Flexibility is Key: I really value the remote-first culture. Management actually trusts me to get my work done without breathing down my neck, which makes balancing my personal life so much easier. My Coworkers are Great: One of the best parts of my day is the people. It’s a very collaborative, "roll up your sleeves" environment. Since we aren’t a massive conglomerate, I actually know my teammates and feel supported by them.

A Bit of "Startup Chaos": We’re growing fast, and sometimes the processes haven’t caught up with the scale. Things can feel a little disorganized or "last minute" when we’re pushing out new updates. High Workload: There are definitely seasons where the "to-do" list feels never-ending. Because we are a lean team, when things get busy, everyone feels the pressure to over-deliver. Salary vs. Market: If I’m being honest, the pay isn’t always at the very top of the industry bracket. You definitely trade some of that "Big Tech" compensation for the flexibility and the tighter-knit culture. The Career Ladder is Flat: Since we don't have twenty layers of management, it isn’t always clear how to move "up." You kind of have to be your own advocate if you want a title change or a new set of responsibilities.
