      One of the most miserly & miserable Organization to work with. Apart from the normal greeting there’s absolutely no respect for any individual in any profile, be it sales, investment, operations etc. Only cost & more revenue is purpose of running the show, more revenue at employee cost the better, don’t be surprised that they may work u for full year & ask u to leave before appraisal, to avoid paying u bonuses. Perfect example of a baniya company. The mindset of leadership is that whatever is happening it’s because of them, rest everyone is an idiot & peasant available for misuse. In all functions people are searching for jobs.

      Company run by Mr.Sunil Singhania whom I consider as Investment Guru. ▪️This is a company which will give you ample of opportunities to showcase your skills. ▪️Excellent culture. ▪️Weekends are off so you can have a good work life balance. ▪️Employees are paid well and rewarded against good performance. ▪️Special mention to my mentor and leader Mr.Manish Kanojia who always takes a stand for his team in challenging and good times. A true leader in all terms.I have been very fortunate to work under his guidance.
