Nice wage if working in Tech or senior management. Also most people were nice. But the nice people get talked about behind their back.
Cons
From the perspective of someone on the admin team, this is a far cry from an enjoyable work environment. Long hours (sorry no comp time if salaried), unfair treatment (some employees on the team will work 1 day in office, some will work 5), no accountability, no appreciation. The company believes they are progressive but are incredibly stuck in “old” ways. FORGET ABOUT WORK LIFE BALANCE. The least you can do is offer comp hours to admin employees (specifically at headquarters. They made it seem like I wasn’t accustomed to corporate working but after leaving I’ve seen that COMPETING companies have POLICY against every gripe I’ve had with Abacus.
