Thank you for your honest input. It helps us look internally and get better. We had a lot of growth in 2016 which overall carry wonderful positive outcomes but also some downsides like losing an employee like you. Due to that growth we had a lot of structure changes and alignments, and realignments of duties. We are sorry that it impacted you negatively.
