The onboarding was smooth, and every interaction with the leadership reflected a strong culture of respect, support, and inclusion. It’s refreshing to see a workplace where values aren’t just words on a wall but are practiced daily. A special mention for the thoughtful gestures and people-centric policies, they go a long way in making employees feel appreciated and empowered. I am truly glad to be a part of the Abacus family and look forward to growing with such a fantastic organization!

      So far, I have not come across any drawbacks. The onboarding experience, team interactions, and overall work environment have all been positive.       Abacus Service Corporation provides excellent support throughout the hiring and onboarding process. The recruitment and onboarding teams are professional, responsive, and organized. Communication was clear at every stage from client introduction and interviews to onboarding and project placement. The team makes sure candidates are well-prepared and supported.

      Megan Johnson and her team found me and represented me as a candidate for a Corporate Recruiter position that not only aligned perfectly with my recruiting expertise, but also with a company that matched what I was seeking in an organization that I can see myself with longterm. Megan treated me like someone she cared for during the entire process and I am so grateful,

      Cons

      Communication during onboarding was a little confusing but I don’t blame the team. I appreciate the efforts taken to overcome the challenges with finding a clinic for drug testing despite my location outside the range of their partner clinics.
