There are a lot of great people across the company. Many good customers. Lots of unique engineering challenges to solve. Being in managed services is a great way to quickly learn a lot.
Cons
Tons of politics. The men of the leadership team love the young ladies flirting and drinking with them and treating them like objects; it makes you feel like you are on the set of Mad Men. Leadership consistently lies to staff and customers about the progress of the company and how things are going. It's frequent that something like a data breach or incident will occur and the leadership will sweep it under the rug and hide it from customers who should have been informed. Questionable sales tactics and shady business practices always make you feel gross.
