Pros
The coworkers are nice, but that's it.
Cons
This place is textbook level of toxicity. There's no hope for it to be good for anyone. So don't waste your time. They have 6-7 cameras pointing at every single direction in a small office. Bacially checking on you all the time, including how much you chat with coworkers. The management can never agree among themselves. You'll get one direction from one person and the second person would say completely different things, easily making two weeks work useless. The management yells at you at the top of their lungs in front of other coworkers. They won't listen to any reasoning, they'll say you are making all kinds of excuses. They ask one person to do three people's job and if you can't do it, they ask you to work overtime. There's no OT payment, only theoretically to take the same amount of hours off the next day. But in practice they might take payment off your paycheck if you don't show up in office. Each project has ridiculously tight deadline and everyone is stretched over 3-4 projects at the same time. They would then blame you for not delivering in time. There's no sick days or PTO during "probation". You'll get lowered salary during probation period. The probation period can be prolonged based on management's decision. There's a lot of blame game going around and staff has developed survival strategies to not be blamed, usually involving "not my fault" "idk" "i didn't do that" "ask xxx".
