Pros
Everyone in the company is dedicated to the success of Abacum as a whole- we are in it together. The culture is incredible- when interviewing, the founders were very transparent, honest, kind, and humble. The whole team is hard working and supportive. Feels like a big family- we push each other to improve, but in a kind and caring way.
Cons
Not a con, but Abacum is a startup, which means there are a lot of moving pieces. You must be agile, adaptive, and enjoy the fast-pace energy of that environment. I personally love it, but not for everyone.
