      - Working for one of the leaders in the DeFi and DeSoc space - The people are amazing and some of the best in the industry - Lots of opportunities to learn new skills - There's a lot of autonomy given in day-to-day tasks

      Cons

      - Sometimes feel like getting pulled in multiple directions, but that's kind of the nature of the industry with so much going on - Can be hard to develop good personal relationships with people being that a lot of the team is spread out all over the world
