      Nice team overall (excluding top management) Focused on Pega only, if you are in that domain that is good

      Cons

      Management doesn't have good direction Slow hiring causes continuous pressure on the current team to cover unhired roles and job CEO controls even the smallest decision, and no employment for mid-management
