Flexible scheduling for the most part. Store manager was great, but upper management had unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Commission isn't bad but new ownership (katapult) is cutting commission levels for CAM and Store Managers

Cons

They preach work life balance but you work 8:30am to 7pm. If you don't mind going to customers houses who are 4 weeks late on payment knocking on their doors every day and nobody rarely answers.
