      Pros

      Commission isn't bad but new ownership (katapult) is cutting commission levels for CAM and Store Managers

      Cons

      They preach work life balance but you work 8:30am to 7pm. If you don't mind going to customers houses who are 4 weeks late on payment knocking on their doors every day and nobody rarely answers.

      Very clean environment and people friendly. Management team was always great to work for.
