      Great benefits and timing for balancing the life.

      Cons

      Lot of pressure of the sales and manager just stands on your head, dont value the work you put on and ask the sales person to do the work of delivery driver as well

      Pros

      Commission isn't bad but new ownership (katapult) is cutting commission levels for CAM and Store Managers

      Cons

      They preach work life balance but you work 8:30am to 7pm. If you don't mind going to customers houses who are 4 weeks late on payment knocking on their doors every day and nobody rarely answers.
