      Pros

      Great staff and attorneys. Partners are open to communication and feedback. Truly open door policy. Staff are treated like people, not just cogs in a wheel. Sense of humor allowed!

      Cons

      Be prepared to work extremely hard. Not necessarily a con.

      Great benefits and salary . the hiring process was easy and fast.

      Cons

      Working for Ken Horowitz was a total nightmare. he expects you to work the job of three employees, and his long time paralegal is rude.
