Leadership Issues: The CEO tends to break things when you get the momentum. Performative Culture: It’s not about what you do; it’s about how you’re perceived. If you aren't "seen" doing the work, the work doesn't count. Non-Existent Feedback Loop: There is a "brick wall" when it comes to employee input.
