Pros
Joe the owner is one of the few bosses I ever worked for that treated you like true family and you put people before money whether it be customers or employees. Everyone there was down to earth and professional. The money can be good once you build up the clients but I was making decent money even before that as an inspector. It can be rough financially if you go in uncertified for a few months so you need to prepare for that part. I love the job and was sad to leave but ended up doing so to be near family.
Cons
if you are not certified, just keep in mind there could be 2 to 6 months where you’re getting paid $19 a day and only working maybe 4 to 5 hours a day five days a week, so you need to be prepared and have some money saved up or have another spouse or partner with income.
