Lot of freedom to give suggestions to improve company environment. Management never takes it negatively. Management and colleagues are very polite. Never heard a voice raise. Management is super expert in conflict management and promotes peaceful and happy environment. You feel happy to come to office every other day. Company sticks by its values and is ethical in its approach. Timely Salaries.

Being a startup, it has its own share of challenges. Location is not so good. Office space is constraint. No proper cafetaria. No Cab service. Less Leaves. No overtime. Not optimal work life balance. Only alternate Saturdays off.
