-Don't expect to ever get to management or do well in management if you're not white at their Pageland facilities. -They will do everything in their power to keep changing the story on you so it's never their fault, but that you're always in the wrong. -You're not notified about your performance at any point. -If you're not in a management level position good luck having anyone in management speak to you that isn't your direct supervisor. All of management acts as if anyone not at their level is beneath them and not worth their time. -Constantly shifting expectations that are never communicated. -Worse communication I've ever experienced within a company as a whole. -Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. You'll be treated so much better at just about any other company.
