      My experience at AZA was borderline traumatic and I can confirm validity for all of the negative reviews here on glassdoor. Owner's/Management are running the studio in the most unprofessional way, are extremely cold to their workers, expecting wild overtime with lower than industry standard salaries paired with terrible benefits. Management is abusive to employees, humiliating them on a daily basis. If this is addressed, employees are abused further. The gaslighting and stonewalling taking place is disturbing and sad. This is not a place for anyone seeking longevity, pay raises, decent benefits, incentives, humane treatment and much more. What takes place in that office is not right.

      Great company with stability, structure and guidance from management. I felt supported and professionally challenged. Absolutely loved my job.

      Pros

      Learn a lot and given plenty of opportunity to jump in and lead projects if interested in doing so. Nature of retail architecture allows you to see the entirety of the construction process. Decent pay, and never stuck doing just one part of a project, instead able to participate in all parts of a project's process and associated tasks. Great way to be immersed and learn.

      Cons

      Although decent pay, long hours are expected and these expectations are not always communicated clearly. Distrust and controlling management staff results in micromanagement and a stressful environment. Respect your employees bybrespecting there skills and time.
