Developing relationships with children, school staff, and families.
Cons
Under-resourced programs- always trying to save a buck instead of providing quality pay to employees, materials for activities, etc. I left because they kept enrolling kids and wouldn't give me enough staff so we were out of ratio often and I didn't feel like I could run a safe program.
