Good for entry-level or beginner, can be a good step if you are planning to gather experience. There is a work-life balance, but it might depend on the divisions you work in.
Cons
Not very recommended for the long term. If you want to get promotions, it's better to do job hopping. I've seen the seniors stuck in their old position for a long time, as there is some kind of bias. Low salary, no distinct benefits.
